Chaiku - PFC Contest Entry

Huzzah, I created this new dragon/water Poke'mon called a Chaiku. It's like a mystical Chinese Dragon sorta thing... 'cept it's an Eevee evolution & can be evolved using a Dragon Scale. -hands you a rice ball-

Hmm...I first drew the initial design in colored pencil...and I was about to enter that pic...buuuut...I felt that it would be cooler to do a digital picture and submit it rather than my poorly colored traditional pic (Note: has no skill with colored pencils)

Ah ha ha...status page...thing...if you can't read the desciption, sorry...I didn't feel like moving it over.
